The leading producer of Tussar silk is India. The saree produced with Tussar silk features a textured feel and durability. The sarees come with stunning colors like rich Blues and deep greens with contrasting borders.

  • Panchi and Parthan

It is an iconic two-piece costume. The Panchi is a three-meter rectangular lower garment. At the same time, the Parthan serves as an upper garment. These clothing pieces are made of cotton prints that tell stories related to ancient tribes.

  • Sarees and Tussar silk

Cotton handwoven sarees and Tussar silk sarees are preserved to get special attires during special occasions like festivals or weddings. Generally, their wedding sarees are white in color. However, bright contrasting borders are added to these sarees.
